Harris-Benedict calorie intake stats? IE how much you need to consume v how much you need to maintain\put on\lose weight?
I find it very helpful. For example, if I exercise every day - say a 45 minute walk - then I need about 4000 calories to maintain weight, 3500 to lose 1 pound a week, 3000 to lose 2 pounds a week etc.
and I figure it's easier to gain weight than lose weight, so maybe 15 years - and I'll be dead before that.
I'll give it a go, but don't hold your breath
I need more of a goal that just an arbitrary weight target.
Minimal loss here. Down to 104.2kg.
