A manager like Sean Dyche fits the bill for that.
Obviously no manager is immune to being fired after a horrendous run but really in our circumstances it would be like gambling the next months rent on a 10-1 shot.
I was wrong on Frank btw. Thought firing him was dangerous for the reason we needed stability. But Dyche was a better option, I see that now. However when we fired Frank we were not on the verge of administration/sale as we are now.
The players and manager and coaches need to sort this out on the training ground and the pitch. Fans need to make every home game as positive an atmosphere as possible as hard as that will be.
We are shit, but it's not his fault we have 6 points less than we should have. Those 6 points are massive.
We would still be shit, but we stay up and be shit. We can argue about if we're shit or not, no point because we are shit, but we would be shit and stay up.
but if we dont win again this season some fans will still be wanking him off rather than admit he is a bit shit and they were wrong
