The PL is a bit of a shit show it seems, but if the above is correct, they can hardly be accused of making it up as they go along if that was the original agreed upon plan by all.

will the EPL realise that its time to scrap the whole points deduction process ?
They must be under pressure as every move they make creates bigger issues further down the line.... its at the stage where the relegation places could still be dragging on in August with appeals.
The more I think about it, the more the whole process needs to be binned. They have announced they are changing the rules and to date, only two teams have been found guilty of breaching the old rules despite many more with outstanding charges that will probably never materialise once the new rules kick in.
It makes far more sense to bin the lot now.
