I might be wrong, but it's my understanding that the timelines I've seen only indicate the "latest dates" by which the hearings & outcomes (and then any subsequent appeals & outcomes) must be held but I wasn't aware of any deadlines about the outcomes being published in relation to when the hearings were held.
For reference though, for our first breach, the outcome came 4 weeks after the hearing, and for the appeal the outcome was 3 weeks later. I don't see how they can "streamline" those processes without making them hugely different to what we went through last year - yet another example of the hideous lack of inconsistency and clear guidance in all of these processes.
It is likely that the decisions will be announced next week.
Appeals can then be launched-if necessary.
I think it is likely Forest and us will be deducted more points. The question is how many.
Two of the commentators have said that the points deduction for Forest is expected to be announced on Monday. I haven't heard that, sounds like they are mistaken ????
