2018/19: £58m
2019/21: £53m
Which suggests 2021/22 is £13.5m.
Given we have breached again 2022/23 is at least £38.5m.
However, if they adopt the same methodology for repeated breaches as the EFL then the 2019/21 loss will be capped at £35m as it has already been punished.
That means the loss needs to be at least £56.5m, which I can’t see . The wages might have been a wash with the guys leaving and Onana and Tarkowski among others coming in, but we will have sizeable profits from Gordon and Kean as well.
Going forward, we should have the advantage of not having £10m losses from sacking a manager mid season as well.
It is likely that the decisions will be announced next week.
Appeals can then be launched-if necessary.
I think it is likely Forest and us will be deducted more points. The question is how many.
Two of the commentators have said that the points deduction for Forest is expected to be announced on Monday. I haven't heard that, sounds like they are mistaken ????
