Other than that, no chance.
What can feasibly be done to rectify this?
Whilst I am not naïve enough to think anything will be done to slow down the Premier League money machine, what kind of changes could be made to give teams at the beginning of each season some hope that they could be successful?
How can football be more of an even playing field again, like other sports? It seems US sports have a good rate of change of winners and challengers each season, or at least within a few years. I appreciate it's a closed shop, drafts, etc. but other sports with promotion/relegation seem to manage it better.
So...thoughts?
