I forgot to put mine in last week. Rough week last week. Kids birthday; loads of party food which is my kryptonite, then over to watch the match at the weekend, which is always tough. Still lost nearly a kilo, but that was probably more due to last week.

I'm down 1.5 kilos since last week. Not had too many naughty meals, and been moving much more. Even started a yoga class!
