I missed the last 3 games of last season, and 2 at the start of this season...
as I was away on vacation and out of the country on both occasions. I found myself thinking about each game as they were being played, and distracted until I was able to find out the scores especially the games at the end of the season. As much as I occasionally wish Everton would cease to exist so I would not have my moods affected by them, I have not reached the point were I can willingly avoid watching them. Who knows, one day I may be able to control my EFC obsession more effectively, I would certainly like to be able to do so. There are so many things in life more more important than EFC.
Genuinely canít remember the last time I did. Always try to find a way to work around the game whenever I can, but today the weather was beautiful so we went out on the lake with the family for probably the last time this year.
Had a great time and then watched the highlights when I got back. Maybe I should have done it this way all along?!
Highlights showed a very strong performance and, obviously, a huge win. Itís great to finally have the depth we need up top. Iíd start Calvert-Lewin while Beto is settling in but thatís a nice problem to finally have.
Still think we have a long season in store but thereís enough quality in the squad that - if we can avoid injuries - we should have enough to build on days like today and be ok.
Well in, blues
