He could easily instantly take his game up a few notches were he to insert a little urgency into his actions. His plodding exhibition-game mode is frequently of little help to the team, and results quite often in cheap possession surrendering.

I suspect our compulsive possession avoidance, lack of threat and limited back four make him look less impressive than he actually is, he can't really take chances going forward and needs to spend 70% of the game covering gaps.
