In the market for a personal laptop and leaning towards the Apple MacBook Air.

Mains reasons, it’s been recommended, I/the family are all Apple users (phones, watch , IPads) etc and our 7 year old will use it more as he moves throw the formative years.

Any thoughts or alternatives from people who know about these things?
