But the current model isn't regulation, it's pulling up the drawbridge to prevent teams gatecrashing the party.
I'd like nothing more than a hard cost cap (signings and wages combined) but it's not going to happen. Preventing owners with money spending on clubs they own under then current model is anti competition.
