the Costco is indeed in Everton and goes along dock rd but I think it takes aright angle turn before bmd

Know they’ve been changed a few times but am I correct in thinking the new stadium is actually in Everton?
There’s an Everton sign on the dock road just by Costco which isn’t far away.
