How do YOU FEEL about the EFC Manager?

It's a popularity poll.

It's not asking you to objectively rate the job the EFC Manager is doing. I want voters to just be honest. How do they feel about him? What is the man in the stand going to shout to the manager on match day? Is it support or is it abuse? What I'm trying to capture is an indication of the match day support's feeling toward the manager.

How they rate him and the criteria they use is entirely up to them once they are consistent poll to poll for the same man. Maybe the criteria will change from man to man. As I mentioned in this thread, I voted RB a '1' every poll. I hated having him as a manager, and while I wanted the team to win under him, I wished he was gone every second he was there hence my voting.

I don't know if that will change your view on the polls or not, but I thought it only fair to try and explain it to you so you could at least make an informed decision
