Before a ball was even kicked under his watch, SD started his tenure with a satisfaction rating of 5.68 from 227 votes. A decent if unspectacular start, but an insight into how Evertonians initially viewed the new Boss solely based on their perception of what he has said and done elsewhere, which is the whole point of that initial poll.
Now we get to the meat and potatoes of rating him based on what he's done so far for EFC, and lets face it he's exceeded many expectations so far. 11 points from 21 may not seem significant but it was a challenging run of fixtures and apart from the losses to Arsenal and the shite, we have been far more competitive and look more capable of scoring than we did at any stage under Frank, despite having the handicap of having no fit striker worthy of the name. For many all hope seemed lost as we sank into the bottom three before Dyche's arrival, but now there is renewed optimism that he can navigate to EPL safety before season's end. Has SD won you over? Do you still have serious reservations? Let's find out ...
