Did you know Dixie Dean only finished in the top 6 TWICE! (Admittedly champions both times).
Our history is one of mid table and lower table finishes but somehow only ever getting relegated twice. It's like there was a force field (the fans) stopping us from quite dropping into the bottom three places. And we've taken this on into the Premier League.
Might sound a silly statement, but I wouldn't be surprised if Everton football club have lost more football matches than any other football club on the planet.
Which is why we're so fecking humble and self-depracating compared to that load of tossers over there!
