In any other business, would you hire for a high-profile, demanding role, someone for whom
"there isn't much in his CV to say if he's good or bad at his job"?
I like FL and I really don't want to see the fans turn. But I like him as a bloke and as a communicator, so far there isn't much in his CV to say if he's good or bad at his job. That's going to make it hard to make a case for him if we go on a losing streak.
