...sounds like a hard situation to manage, what do you do if a sizeable % of people trying to use the turnstiles are rejected due to having fake tickets, or no ticket at all, how do you avoid a subsequent backlog of genuine fans getting caught up in it?

Is there something different about the Liverpool fans that made them more likely to have fakes/no tickets compared to the Madrid fans who seemed to just get into the stadium normally?

Perhaps a bit of humility on the part of Mr Klopp for encouraging fans to travel without tickets might also be in order. Surely the opposite message would have been more appropriate.
