BUT IMHO without Pickford's saves we would have been down.
Not to say that other Goalies wouldn't deal with their penalty area differently BUT Pickford's saves (in the end) were the difference.

He gets a lot of criticism, some of it is fair, but he really stood up to be counted in the last few games. Whatever his faults, he is capable of brilliant instinctive saves that few others are capable of.
No-one is irreplaceable, however I would definitely not be even considering a replacement at this point in time and I doubt Lampard is either. Begovic is decent backup for the moment. Previous Message
The great part is his speed to get back up and across his goal. It’s a really good save. But I’ve seen him make better.
Certainly, he’d be second only to Richarlison on the list of players I’d be loathe to lose.
