Previous Message

2 years ago before the pandemic we bought tickets to Nocturne Live @ Blenheim Palace. We still have not received the tickets for the June 16th concert, rescheduled twice. Stubhub is unreachable by either phone or email. I live in the U.S, the tickets are supposed to be delivered to my Mum's address in the UK. Any suggestions/advice?
Stubhub are still showing a delivery date of June 16 2020 by UPS.
