consistent IMO - I'll be happy if events/developments/its evolution prove me wrong - for an agile, accurate, unarguable, consistent and fair system to be put in place BUT I doubt it'll be anywhere near VAR as currently governed/implemented. One crap decision-maker is enough; don't need two with the added layer of VAR. But enough on VAR as I suspect the thread should be about Everton.
