I wonder whether Schalke are be interested in him now that they got back to the 1st BuLi. He did ok there and they seemed to like him. Kenny might appreciate a new start outside of GP himself, too, and Schalke are after all a massive club even by German standards. Previous Message
The Delph and Kenny extensions (if that is the case), are not necessarily a bad thing if Lampard thinks that he can make use of them (injuries permitting - Yes, I know) in the short term whilst he gradually re-builds the squad.
After all, he knows whether the limited but whole-hearted abilities of a Kenny are more valuable to the squad in the short term than a player of better quality but dubious application.
I'm very open minded about this pre-season. No-one is safe, as it should be.

...so I think they were maybe including Begovic in that.
Loanees Van Der Beek and El Ghazi will return to their clubs.
Sigurdsson, Delph, Tosun, Kenny and Lonergan will be out of contract (and Begovic would have been but has already been offered another year)
There are rumours that Delph and Kenny might be offered extensions as Lampard seems to like them but - as you said - Tosun has already agreed a deal elsewhere and I can't see Sigurdsson or Lonergan being retained
