TBH I'm not surprised as the club is run like a golf club with a clique all operating with a nod and a wink. I know of a kid who got a work placement at Finch Farm and he said it was a disaster in terms of organisation. we seen it ourselves a few weeks ago when they sent out a staff email to the fans .... incompetence runs throughout the club as its all jobs for the boys.
