We might not be Sky-6, but as a founder and continual member of the PL since its inception (us, Arse, Manure, RS, Spurs, Chelski), our no longer being part of the competition would diminish the brand.

The Merseyside Derby is a headline fixture twice a year for the PL, before any further considerations.

Ok we haven’t won much lately but we add a lot more to the PL than that. No more passionate supporters than us in the country a great history and tradition yes football actually existed before the premier league I’m sure the PL administrators had a massive sigh of relief when we won on Thursday compare what we add to the league compared to Leeds or a Mickey Mouse club like Burnley.

IMHO a big sigh of relief all round!
