Let’s say we do face sanctions and we get a hefty fine (most people think we won’t get points deductions based on case law). Could Moshiri pay that out of his own pot - or would the fine also have to go against EFC’s accounts?

If the latter - wouldn’t that also then lead to further punishment as we’d then breach FFP again - a bit if a vicious circle.
