Still have horrible memories of doing driving lessons and stalling/kangarooing the car all the way along Park Road and being ridiculed by watching young lads.
One of my daughters just learned and another tip would be to practice between lessons, especially things like reversing into a parking space. Find an empty car park early on a Sunday morning and just keep practicing until you get it right.
But because I now have a hybrid I am now
Driving an automatic for the first time and it is
A dream to drive
The only reason to raise it is that I think you
Can pass just on an automatic and then only
In the past that may have been an issue but
Now more and more automatics will be made
If they do phase out the conventional engines
I appreciate may be more expensive to buy
But not having to worry about gears may make it easier to pass
I'm 47, never learned.
But I think its time.
