Completely disagree on the no covering argument. Sigurdsson regularly ran his bollocks off. His issue, and therefore ours, was that he was slow and always slightly behind the play. No shortage of effort in attempting to cover though.
no movement, vision, covering, through balls, dribbling, latent threat, pace and so on.
If he didn't bang one in out of the blue we might as well have been playing with 10 men.
