Ancelotti walked, we didn't force the change
Silva there was a case to keep him (JC makes this on a regular basis) but we were in big trouble at the end.
Koeman I don't think we could have reasonably kept either as we were in freefall.
Allardyce was always effectively an interim manager whatever his contract said.
Not really flip flopping, more driven by drastic circumstances.
Everton are not the team of the 80s
They have a good stadium and fanbase, but they need to realise they are starting now at zero and decide where they want to be, and get a proper plan to get there. Not change managers every season. and not go on without direction.
He kept saying, what is the plan, get a plan, and make it long term not change it every 12 months with a different manager.
Said we'd spent loads of money without having a proper plan, and changing manager all the time was not a good thing. Need leadership from the top.
Basically, get a plan for where the club wants to be and work towards it and dont expect it over night, and dont flip flop to a different manager and plan every year.
