If we keep sacking managers but change nothing else, then nothing will improve.
I'm not sure sacking the manager would be right but I think its getting close because fans will turn vocal in the coming weeks, and when thats happened previously, they've reacted by sacking the manager.
If things are to change sack the lot, put a new chairman in, a new CEO, a new DoF if wanted, and let them get on with it.
