Near Ruthin, so thatís perfect
If so, I could give you the name of an architect/ firm in Mold (Flintshire) that could help? I used to work with adaptation-related stuff to help with disability issues, but the guy that I have in mind was more creative and thoughtful in his designs than anyone else we used. His designs for disability-related stuff was only a fraction of what he designed, though. I'm not sure how far the practice's geographical range would cover, mind you, which may be significant if you're looking for someone who's got helpful local planning contacts. He'll certainly have worked with planning departments in Flintshire and Denbighshire, but you'd need to check with him to find out where else he's done work.
Let me know if you want his details? It'd only cost you the price of a phone call to have a chat with him to see whether it's an option that you might want to follow-up further.
In the process of buying an old cottage&barn in North Wales which need some refurb/additions to it, anyone undertaken a project recently?
Need to find an architect to help with a woeful lack of imagination & some anticipated planning hurdles.
Anyone got any suggestions please ?
losing just a little more faith every day, and credibility too apparently
