So if that's the case Recovery position was appropriate.
Happy to be corrected here but my recollection is:
You can’t swallow your tongue, so although it’s very important that Kjaer checked his airway that isn’t quite the same thing as making sure he didn’t swallow his tongue… (unless it’s widely understood that “didn’t swallow his tongue” is shorthand for “made sure there was no obstruction in his airway”)
And I’ve also seen people say that he put him in the recovery position, which I was told is a common mistake, since the recovery position should only be used once the patient is recovering. Before CPR they should be on their back, not on their side.
