From FSGs p.o.v. you'd swerve Gerrard for 'political' reasons.
He'd have a massively loyal network of former players and pundits who'd call out the owners on funding if it was an issue. And the psychotic fans obviously would be quick to get the bullets in the post to Boston if GBH was ever in a struggle with them.
- Pressure is mounting on Klopp, he looks beleaguered, he's already achieved immense success at Liverpool, and may figure it's time to take a different challenge (with a team at a different point in their "cycle")
- Owners need Champions League football, and if they worry it won't come this season they may make a move. And if they don't get it this season they may change in the summer
- Gerrard is doing well enough at Rangers to be considered
Assuming that we all share the same goal of an LFC implosion and becoming a laughing stock,
