He may be a nice guy and all that, but once he has to think ... he's lost and the moment is gone.

He will perform on occasions and usually when lesat expected, but overall he is never going to cut it at the top level with any consistency due to his poor decision making and weak resolve.

Sell him in the summer if possible as sitting on our bench is not going to help and he's not going to change.
