If lack of money was an issue then we needed to buy a decent forward rather than a 4th choice centre back even if Godfrey goes on to be a top top centre back
We now have 5 centre backs with Keane 28 and Mina 26 being the oldest and all on long contracts
I wouldn't want us to buy a new left back for £30m even if he was going to be the next Baines because we are ok in that position
He looks a good player and as quick an Everton player that I've seen but does he get in to our best back 4 currently ?
Will Holgate be sold to fund a new striker ??

I know some wanted cover up front, and maybe thought we were already covered at the back, and being honest a fair few of us had barely noticed him at Norwich, but I'm damn happy we have him. He's a monster.
