Loads of that World Cup winning squad have had massive drop offs in form.
If he can get back to his pre WC form, he’d be an incredible signing. Unfortunately I don’t think he will he’s too broken.
But he is exactly what we need, quick, left footed, great on the ball and all round superb defender.

Assuming it's true, seems a steal at $10mill. Also assume he goes straight in with Keane as 1st choice giving us a solid 4 CB's with Gibson/Braithwaite as kids coming through.
