I go out intending to do an easy run (after all, they’re the Ines that are supposed to be best for you), but then
I always find myself pushing to get better times, show my mates, etc. Probably need to just stop being a twat!

I'm trying to run more every month. At the moment I'm on 130km for May...
My knees were also pretty shot but running has helped, rather than hindered.
