Most recent being a torn ACL. Also I the last three years I have torn a miniscus followed by a 'bucket tear' which needed an operation. The doctor told me to strengthen the muscles around my knee, and I guess lots of running can help with that. Anyway, as soon as I started running two years ago I stopped having any knee issues. Fingers crossed anyway!
I've been suffering with pain above my right kneecap mainly when bent and added load on it. I was in the process of getting it looked at before lockdown.
I've done a bit of running during the lockdown but and at first I was suffering but not as much as I anticapted and it has eased somewhat. Gives me hope that it's not completely knackered. Playing alot of football over the years and more recently doing high itenstity workouts probably hasnt helped but its the first time I;vbe expereinced a knee problem and it's a blow.

I'm trying to run more every month. At the moment I'm on 130km for May...
My knees were also pretty shot but running has helped, rather than hindered.
