I've been trying to say this consistently on the board for a while.
We need a ruthless, focused, performance driven CEO.
As a business EFC can afford to players 100k pw, they can certainly afford a top CEO. We would need someone to come in and do a job like Alan Mullaly did at Ford in late naughties.
As long as Billy Bullsh1t is around, no chance of that happening.
If he were to be gone there would certainly be the need for someone of this ilk, with Moshiri wanting someone to run the place for him. The structure, processes and culture of the club as a business need overhauling. I don't know a whole lot about DBB and I'm sure a lovely person, but hardly a top CEO. The way I see it, she's there as a figurehead so the power can be concentrated elsewhere (Kenwright).
At some point Moshiri needs to understand that his investment is not in the safest hands with Bullsh1t Billy.
I'd be more than comfortable with Marcel having full oversight and decision making power in all footballing matters.
