A competive league is definitely a positive as no one wants things to be predicatble as it has been.
....in years gone by. With the obvious exception of Liverpool and City, the other so called 'top clubs' all look vulnerable and I'm sure the whole division takes heart from seeing results like Norwich beating City, Sheff United beating Arsenal and Newcastle beating Spurs.
It's been really refreshing to see clubs like Bournemouth and Sheff United come into the league and not transform their style to preserve their Premier League status but instead trust in the style that got them their in the first place.
As you say, it will interesting to see how the table looks in May. The established top 6 may well still claim those top 6 positions but the gap between them and the chasing back will almost certainly be bridged.
I have a feeling that this years table is much more competitive after nine rounds than weíve seen in many years. Apart from Liverpool and Watford everyone is beating one another. I canít recall the top clubs being so poor and the weak clubs being so strong. Maybe a guy with some stats insight can confirm or shoot this down. I think itís good be the way. Not many years ago the top four clubs only seemed to lose when they played each other.
