Sounds a bit like my Mum...
never been to a game in her life but always knows how we've got on as she understands how important it is to me.
My Dad passed away the day before a derby game and she insisted I went because that's what he would have wanted. He was a red as well and it was the game when Poll disallowed a goal off Hutchinson's arse in the last seconds. Can still picture myself stood in the Park End scratching my head and thinking my world had gone mad.
Condolences anyway. I'm glad we won for you yesterday.
My mum died last week and my thoughts were with her yesterday after our win she always loved it when they won mainly because it made me happy for the rest of the week. But also because she knew how important the club meant to me in my life. But when I was out and about travelling over the years she used to watch the game and tell me how well or poorly over the years and I could hear the joy in her voice when I phoned her
She was 88 years old and lived a good life will always think about her when the blues play miss you mum and yesterday was for you
