I suspect Sousas influence on the training pitch was invaluable and Silva is missing that immensely.
Which leaves the Q how good is Boa Morte implementing what Silva wants to achieve.
It's clear that they need to try something different (and have the players onside of course.)

Lose any of those and I reckon Silva's toast. 4 points and progression to the next round of the cup minimum, I'd say. Though if I were Brands, I'd be looking for evidence that Marco is learning from his mistakes and changing his approach accordingly. I hope he is using this interlude as an opportunity to seriously think about a way to fix what's been going wrong. More of the same is just not acceptable.
