Sorry to vent i was annoyed at the time i have though had some succcess with cubicles door open and some urinals so im alot better i just get the thought that my life would of been better if i never had it. But in hindsight i could not have paruresus and have a worser life. Happy days dylan
That's ok. Everyone has blue moments. Keep practising desensitisation. If you have a very good friend ask him to be your pee buddy (even if he has not paruresis). He will probably understand you and accept. Bye. Nick
I am able to ask a friend to practice with me like i said earlier ive practiced so much over the past 4 years almost obsessed with paruresis. So im at a standstill to eother continuing exposure or to just leave it.
