Hi Full |
The answer to your main question can only be an educated guess. Perhaps on the previous three days your bladder fullness was only a whisker below the level that triggers an urgent need to pee; on the fourth day, it may have contained a few mls more that may have caused it to go over that level. Remember that fluid intake is only one factor in determining volume of urine; other factors being: fluid lost by breathing, talking, and sweating; nature of food consumed i.e. hidden water content, diuretic nature thereof; even body posture, tightness of belt, and fullness of bowel, all of which may put external physical pressure on the bladder.
As for your bet that everyone else was thinking..... Please recognise that this thought of yours is typical self-consciousness. Everyone has experienced being caught short at some time in their lives. And your toileting needs and actions are of no interest to others, believe me.
Please do consider seriously coming to a workshop, where you can start addressing these issues in a safe environment.
