I think alot about if I didn't have paruresis that I'd have a better life with more friends better women and work. I'm sometimes in a car with someone and think will I be able to pee wherever we go will they expect me to pee on the side of the street. I think other people that get stage fright don't worry about this so much because they would say Na I don't pee on the side of the road I'm not an animal or they'll say find me a toilet. Also at partys when blokes pee out the back I feel if I ask to use the toilet I'll be asked to pee out the back. I can use cubicles quite well with minimal misfires. I have done alot of gradual exposure. I'd like to leave it alone and not practice and be happy the way I am. But another part of me wants this gone.
