I have a severe case of paruresis. Recently I have been on a training course where despite there being many toilets/cubicles (not large private ones though all 'pubic') I haven't been able to pee, even on hour long breaks. I've been getting through the 12 hours fine for the previous 3 without pain just feeling full towards the end of the day. But on the 4th day, even on the same liquid intake (give or take a few ML's I'm very precise) I got to bursting point. It was horrific and I had to excuse myself about 10 minutes before the end (bet everybody was thinking why didn't he go on break, can't he wait 10 mins?) I HAD to go....I was a bit hot and flustered when I got to the bogs then proceeded to have one giant pee, like I had been drinking 3 pints of beers or something. It was huge like 2 pee's in one I must have been in there for at least 5 minutes. I also felt really dehydrated and had to drink two cups of water straight after.
So main question here is why am I generating all this pee when my liquid intake had been the same on the previous days where I had been (relatively) comfortable? It makes things really hard to manage.
