Anyone looking for a pee buddy in Hertfordshire or London please feel free to e-mail me. I've tried desensing alone and, while it can be beneficial, can also be a pretty lonely, dispiriting experience, feeling too contrived and less like a genuine social situation. I used to have a buddy I met on Andrew's course some years ago. His condition was milder than mine and he has made as near a full recovery as you can get. We used to get together for a few beers and a natter.. if anyone would like to do the same? I'm in my mid-forties and have put up with this curse since I was 11 or 12. I just about get by at work with ap, but social situations are uncomfortable, and as my young son gets older I know I need to be more motivated.
