I've never done it....but, many, many years ago Bill and I would give rides to folks traveling to and from Vegas.

Naturally, we tried to be selective. I always sat behiind Bill when we traveled...along with a huge dog...so if anything weird happened, the dog and/or I could be over the seat in a heartbeat. Never had any issues...lots of gratitude. Met some very interesting people!
