He has a foot Dr. appt. July 10. We'll see how his feet are then. If they are OK then they will do some kind of nerve conductivity test on them. That will tell them something about where his balance and walking problem lies, if it's in his feet or if it is coming from his spine and where on his spine.

Of course he isn't taking care of his feet like they told him to (though they do look better). I told him, "You own this. People are trying to help you and you refuse to listen to them". It's nothing but stubborness on his part and I am tired of it. I think his daughter is getting a little tired of it, too.
