Mine is terrible. For example I am having trouble with names. If we are talking about a movie star I will be able to see their face in my head and be able to name their movies, who they are married to, children and details of their life but not their name. Ten minutes later their name will just pop into my head. I used to worry about dementia but then I read this is not what dementia is. It's just a slowing down with how your brain works as we age. Dementia is much more severe and would be looking at your car keys and wondering what they are for.
