Hi ~ Sue, Years ago, I enjoyed eating them

But with Hamburger being expensive, I don't eat them any longer

and also the mixture of any canned product to mix into the Hamburger

I can no longer tolerate eating the spice.

If affects my SLE Lupus, etc and digestion

I can't even eat fruits and veggies any longer

and If I were to, it would flare my bowels.
