Do you do any type of REGULAR exercise? I do different things sporactically (sp)....not on a regular basis.

A friend of mine mentioned 7-minute walking videos she does on YouTube. She says they're easy and fun...so I checked out a few. Gonna give them a try.....stay tuned.
I've got to gett off my lay butt....Spring is coming. Bu no, I won't be wearing a swimsuit!!! lol
